Users
Users area is a central area where all website users are managed.
Navigate to Accounts > Users to view all existing users or add new ones to the list:
All existing users are listed within a table view which holds the following information:
User Name
User Email
User Group / Groups
Date Created
Actions: Edit / Delete
There are 5 levels of User account types
Developer - Reserved for Core dna staff
Super Admin - Administrator level where you can manage multiple websites
Administrator - Administrator level where you can manage a single website
Backend user - Typically user level who can log in to the backend systems, i.e. /cdna-admin/ and may (depending on permissions) be able to edit certain website content.
Frontend user - No backend access. Can log in to the front end of the website and access additional content.
To add a new user click the “Add User” button positioned at the top right of the User admin.
Within the “Add User” admin area user can be assigned with the following information:
User Profile / Access Details
Username / Email
Type (determines the user level access)
New Password / Confirm Password
Custom Fields
It is possible to introduce additional information holder custom fields to users, they will all be displayed in this area. Custom fields can be used to extend the functionality within the default Users setup.
API Keys
All related user API Keys will be listed in this area. API keys allow users (and programmatic users) access to systems via the API (https://api2.coredna.com/). It is also possible to restrict these keys to certain specific IP addresses.

Genter
Title
First Name
Middle Name
Last Name
Email Address (Second Email: If the email address is specified, it may not be used for a different person)
Addresses
Add an user address - click the “Add address” action link
Groups
Assign an User to a specific User Group
Click “Save” to create a new User which will be added to the main user list.
